VP Commercial Loan Officer
- Entire region portfolio amount: $100 million.
- Individual portfolio: $15 million -- $20 million.
- Approximately 30 relationships.
- Strongly prefer a seasoned lender (V.P. level) who is currently working for a major bank
in
the Stamford, CT region with a book of business.
- Base salary: $70,000 -- $80,000.
- Highly lucrative incentive plan. Depending on officer level, plan can pay out a maximum
of 30 -- 40% of base salary.
- 10 million and up in sales. 1 - $3 million in loans -- some higher.
- Strong lender -- on high end. Must have covered Fairfield County, CT.
